Groove with Me

Groove provided free dance classes for teenage girls so as to nurture leadership, comradeship and discipline. Grant for general operating expenses.

In 2007, Groove moved into a bigger space with 8 rooms and 2 dance studios. There are now 37 classes with 38 volunteer instructors and a waiting list of 100. A Teen Leadership Committee has been formed to keep girls ages 3-18 more involved. Funding is steady.
