NYOT’s mission is to prepare the next generation of technology leaders emerging from NYC. NYOT transforms companies into classrooms to provide after-school programming to underserved youth. It offers 3 programs: TECH360 Squad teaches 10th and 11th graders the fundamentals of web design and development; Tech Flex Leaders offers 11th and 12th graders a nine-month immersive Saturday program embedding computer science and technology classes at local companies and; Access Tech provides alumni of Tech Flex an internship and enrichment program that puts the skills learned to work with technologists in the field for six weeks during the summer.
